Its eco-friendly kitchenware is made from environmentally friendly material. The Canadian designer Francis Cayouette was educated in Paris and Montreal and has had an office in Copenhagen since 1999. His ethos is to be both surprising and innovative, with the end product feeling natural with a humorous edge.
The COOL-IT Carafe 1.5L is created from clear glass with a rubber closure, based on a historic beer bottle design, and is both striking and functional. It is ideal for water, squash or fruit juice. The carafe can be stored in the refrigerator and adds instant elegance when brought to the table. The round plug is held in place by an innovative cuff design allowing easy opening and sealing by simply tilting. The carafe measures 31cm in height with a diameter of 9.6cm, weighs 1.32lb and holds 1.5 litres of liquid. It is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.
