Frame Mirror
The Frame Mirror has been created by Maurizio Peregalli for the brand Zeus. It is named Frame because of its design which has the mirror positioned within a thick, sturdy frame. It extends all the way down to form a stalwart base that gives the whole mirror a visually striking presence.
The Frame Mirror has rectangular-shaped mirror glass. It is held in place by a frame made of steel. Rather than paint or powder-coating, it has been finished with phosphatizing. This is a process where phosphoric acid is used to coat metal to give it a protective layer. The frame is thick around the sides and even more so at the bottom. A really thick slab of steel has been used to form the base that holds the mirror steady on the floor.
The Frame Mirror has a width of 70cm, a height of 180cm and a depth of 30cm. The base has a width of 68cm, a depth of 30cm and a height of 9cm. It comes with a dark-toned frame in neutral colours. Wherever it is placed, this framed mirror will be a regal, almost imposing piece that will elevate the look of the space.
