The Beetle Dining Chair Front Upholstered Base Plastic is part of a collection named and inspired by the actual insect. Its curved frame represents its back while the inside of the chair which is upholstered represents the insect's soft underbelly. The chair has a singular shell made of polypropylene 'PP'. It is a type of engineered plastic that is strong and hard-wearing. It can be completely recycled at the end of the life of the chair which qualifies the chair for listing as a Sustainable Choice product. The front of the chair is padded with CMHR which is fire-retardant and has high resilience. It is upholstered with fabric from the Kvadrat range. It is comfortable and hard-wearing. The chair's base is made up of legs that are also made of PP. The slightly outspread legs have gliders underneath.
