The NJP LED Wall Lamp short was designed by Oki Sato for the brand Louis Poulsen.
Sato is the creator of Nendo, one of modern Japan's pre-eminent studios. Always informed by history, his lighting and other furniture designs have a restrained, low key feel - while always paying close attention to materials and technical features. That may be what drew Danish label Louis Poulsen to Sato, leading them to commission the NJP family of lamps.
In this case, the NJP LED Wall Lamp short is designed to attach to the wall, offering convenient illumination for almost any interior space. The NJP LED Wall Lamp short measures just 22 x 14.9 x 6.3 cm, ensuring that it can slip into small spaces in bathrooms or over bedroom desks. The unit features a cone-shaped diffuser made from powder-coated aluminium, while a 330cm cable is included to allow users to place the lamp wherever their needs dictate. Inside the diffuser, users will find a single 10W LED which trains light downwards - ideal for lighting documents or computer stations. The bulb cannot be changed in the luminaire but does feature a dimmer and various timing settings.
