Mesh D86 LED Suspension Lamp Ø 80cm
The arresting Mesh D86 LED Suspension Lamp Ø 80cm was created by Francisco Gomez Paz for the award-winning Italian lighting company Luceplan.
Gomez Paz hails from Argentina, however after obtaining his degree in Industrial Design from the Universidad Nacional de Cordoba, he settled in Milan where he has since been working. His approach to design is driven by his hands-on nature, and his pieces often experiment with new materials and manufacturing processes. He is also the recipient of the Prize of Prizes to Innovation in Design and has been featured within the MOMA Study Collection.
The Mesh D86 LED Suspension Lamp Ø 80cm from Luceplan has itself received the 2016 Red Dot "Best of the Best" Design Award for its brave and forward-thinking approach to the traditional pendulum light. Innovative LEDs are combined with a seemingly transparent mesh that ensures a lightweight and airy aesthetic is at the fore. The light intensity can be easily adjusted to your preference, and the LEDs themselves provide plenty of warm and white light to any space.
