Restore Basket
The Restore Basket has been created by Mika Tolvanen for the brand Muuto. It makes organisation in a home or office easy and stylish with its design. It is an eco-friendly product made of recycled materials.
The Restore Basket is made of reclaimed plastic waste. Specifically, it is made of post-consumer plastic bottles. These are recycled into polymer felt that has several advantageous properties. It has a soft, smooth texture and is lightweight. It is also resistant to stains and fading caused by UV rays. It also stands up to mould and mildew and absorbs very little if any moisture. The basket has been shaped has a rectangular base and sides. The edges are rounded and there are cutouts on either side to make it easy to lift and move the basket even if it is full. It is a singular piece with no joining with stitches which gives it a clean, sleek profile.
The Restore Basket has a length of 48cm, a width of 35cm and a height of 23cm. It is available in a broad range of colours including pastels, neutrals and bright, cheery tones. This versatile piece can be used to store all types of home accessories from toys to clothes, towels, shoes and more.
