Today's design is constructed from a polypropylene shell with legs in ash wood and steel supporting struts, a sleek combination of materials that fuses the traditional and the industrial. Although designed as a dining chair, the Eames Plastic Side Chair DSW Ash Base sits just as well in other rooms of the home as in restaurants and offices.
