Tolomeo Tavolo LED Desk Lamp
The Tolomeo Tavolo LED Desk Lamp has been created by Giancarlo Fassina and Michele de Lucchi for the brand Artemide. This lamp is part of the Tolomeo range - a collection of interior lamps defined by sleek industrial aesthetics and adaptable cantilever constructions. In this case, de Lucchi and Fassina have created a compact folding lamp that will supply plenty of brightness for desks and side tables, and can be trained in any direction with ease.
The Tolomeo Tavolo LED Desk Lamp has a two-part cantilever frame featuring a central hinge and an additional hinge where the spine meets the lamp's circular base. This allows the lamp to hinge freely and rotate to find the right location. The spine and base are made from polished aluminium, while the cup-shaped diffuser is made from anodised aluminium, and the diffuser can also pivot as required.
The Tolomeo Tavolo LED Desk Lamp measures 23cm wide and 64.5cm high, with a depth of 78cm and a diffuser diameter of 15cm. The base diameter is 23cm, and a table clamp is included to aid positioning. The lamp uses a single fixed bulb which cannot be replaced, and is fitted with a touch dimmer for extra versatility.
