Bell Side Table Steel
The stylish Bell Side Table Steel has been designed by the German designer Sebastian Herkner for the manufacturing label ClassiCon. Herkner founded his own studio in 2006, creating innovative and ground-breaking designs and pieces. He has won numerous awards for his designs, including the German Design Award in the newcomer category in 2011, and the Best International Newcomer in 2015.
The Bell Side Table Steel is a truly unique piece of furniture. It is created using blown glass to create the base, above which a steel table top appears to simply float. The hand-blown glass is made using the traditional method with a wooden mould used to create the desired shape. The base contrasts spectacularly with the steel table top, however piece of furniture appears harmonious and elegant. These tables are handmade, making each one truly unique with characteristic features such as bubbles or bumps adding to their individual beauty.
The Bell Side Table Steelis 54cm high with a diameter of 50cm and is suitable for use in a variety of environments such as in the bedroom as a bedside table, in the living room or even in the office.
