Shelf Wood Wall
The Shelf Wood Wall has been created by the in-house studio for the brand Andersen Furniture. Active since 1916, Andersen is a Danish brand which creates furniture for contemporary homes. The label's ability to juggle innovation and tradition is easy to discern with the Shelf Wood Wall, a piece which can slot seamlessly into almost any home.
Built using natural oak wood, this shelving unit represents pure simplicity. The designers have set out to create a visually impressive but modestly sized shelf which can be deployed with ease and is suitable for multiple settings. And they have succeeded in style, meeting every single goal.
The Shelf Wood Wall has a cross-shaped base featuring a rectangular panel and a wooden beam which connects to the single shelf via a pair of slender connecting rods. The frame is lightweight and minimalist, so nothing gets in the way of the storage shelf, which measures either 30cm wide, 24cm high and 18cm deep; 45cm wide, 32cm high and 20cm deep; or 60cm wide, 32cm high and 25cm deep, depending on which model is chosen. Easy to mount and extremely stable, it will serve equally well beside beds or accompanying living room sideboards.
