In Between SK9 Barstool
The In Between SK9 Barstool was designed by Sammi Kallio for the &Tradition label.
Kallio is one of Finland's leading furniture designers. Working out of Sweden and collaborating with leading brands like Denmark's &Tradition, he reworks Traditional forms with a light touch, resulting in furnishings that have a playful elegance.
This playfulness is on full display with the In Between SK9 Barstool. Made using sumptuous natural wood and composed in a classically Scandinavian fashion, it will be an attractive and superbly practical seating option for kitchen islands and bars alike. Standing 102cm tall, the stool has a seat height of 75cm, and measures 58cm wide by 54cm deep. This makes it ideally proportioned for most indoor spaces. Made from solid natural wood and cleverly processed veneer, the stool has a rich colour and cuts an impressive figure wherever it is positioned. The four legs provide optimal stability, while curved armrests are also included in the design, making it easy to adopt a comfortable sitting position when reading, eating, or enjoying an afternoon coffee. Moreover, with its slender form, the In Between SK9 Barstool is also easy to pack away when not needed.
