Additionally, the purist Tulip Armchair perfectly harmonises with the Saarinen Table, a beautiful ensemble for every dining room. Also in conference rooms the Tulip Armchair offers highest comfort. Thus, it is no wonder that the Tulip Armchair already won several design awards and became an absolute classic!
The seat shell of the Saarinen Tulip Armchair Pivotable is made of plastic and reinforced with fibre glass. The base with its characteristic trumpet shape is made of light metal with a rilsan surface coating. This creates a tulip shape, which gave the Tulip Armchair its name. A removable cushion provides extra comfort.
