The Fariba Sideboardwas designed by Philipp Mainzer for the brand e15.
Mainzer is the founder of e15, a German brand which mixes up Mainzer's own creations, products from today's leading talents, and classic designs from the past. Meaning "charming" in Arabic, Fariba is a Mainzer design that looks back to the golden age of the 50s and 60s. Introduced in 2002, it more than lives up to its name, showcasing the vertical grain of walnut to fine effect.
Refined and elegant, the Fariba Sideboard uses walnut wood and steel to create beautiful results. It has two doors and measures 90 x 112.5 x 45 cm. Mainzer has used sustainably harvested walnut wood for the body, while applying oils to deepen its colour and ensure maximum durability. He has also opted to retain the vertical direction of the grain, giving the Fariba Sideboard a pleasingly harmonious look. The cabinet has no handles, accentuating its refined appearance, something which is complemented by the four extremely slender steel legs. Mixing up useful surface storage and interior capacity, it offers a practical addition to living spaces, as well as an attractive accessory for home interiors.
