Savoye Lounge Table Ø 60cm
The Savoye Lounge Table Ø 60cm has been created by ARDE Design for the brand Eva Solo. ARDE is an accomplished contemporary studio which also looks back to the golden age of modernist design. With Savoye, they took their inspiration from Swiss architect Le Corbusier, whose Villa Savoye is a 20th century masterwork.
The Savoye Lounge Table Ø 60cm echoes Le Corbusier's simplicity and use of premium materials. The rounded tabletop stands out with its slightly raised and rounded edge, which allows the surface to be cleaned easily and adds a touch of definition to its profile. The surface is made from solid oak, and measures 60cm in diameter. It is available in a range of finishes including natural smoked oak and black stained varieties.
Underneath the tabletop, ARDE Design have added a series of three slender aluminium legs. These legs have received a powder-coated finish which blends in with the rest of the design, and they raise the surface to a height of 42cm. The table weighs just 5.3kg, so it should be easy to move wherever it is needed. Suitable for use in bedrooms or as a side table in lounges, the Savoye Lounge Table Ø 60cm will supplement existing surfaces or be handy for furnishing smaller spaces.
