352 Table Lamp
The 352 Table Lamp has been created by Aage Petersen for the brand Le Klint. First introduced in 1970, the 352 was one of Danish master Petersen's finest creations. With its combination of classical aesthetics, metallic elements and functional lighting, it will be a fine option for work desks, bedroom tables, and side tables in living areas.
The 352 Table Lamp has a cone-shaped shade which has been formed from frilled plastic. The folds of the shade add complexity to the light produced, and ensure that a bright beam is cast downwards, while creating muted glare-free indirect light. The shade connects to a central spine made from brass and black-finished steel, setting up a neat contrast of metallic and plastic materials.
The 352 Table Lamp measures 88cm high and the shade diameter is 44cm. It weighs 1.6kg, and the slender stem makes the lamp easy to move around as required. A 300cm long power cable is included, which connects to a brass fixture on the circular base. This base also allows the light to be height adjusted to suit close working - a handy feature for studying and focusing on reading material. A single bulb is needed, and the appropriate lamp with the E27 socket can be ordered under accessories.
