AJ Mini Table Lamp
The AJ Mini Table Lamp was designed by Arne Jacobsen for the label Louis Poulsen.
Jacobsen was a Danish architect and designer who achieved international recognition for his chair designs. At the time of his death in 1971, Jacobsen was engaged in major architectural projects in numerous different countries. Most of his furniture designs were crafted to enhance architectural creations, but won recognition in their own right.
Louis Poulsen is a Danish company, founded in 1874. It is now a manufacturer and global supplier of architectural and purely decorative lighting.
The AJ Mini Table Lamp is made of steel and die-cast zinc, and stands 43.3cm in height. The lamp has a cable measuring 240cm, and features a halogen bulb. The table lamp emits light downwards in its standard position, but the angle of the shade can be adjusted, giving you control over the direction of the lighting and the illumination in your space. A soft, warm light is ensured thanks to the inside of shade being painted white. Energy efficiency is important to the manufacturer; this elegant lamp is compatible with energy classes A++ to E. The clean lines of this smaller, black lamp provide a stylish enhancement for any desk or table.
