Basica Minima Table Lamp
The Basica Minima Table Lamp was designed by Santiago Roqueta for the Spanish lighting and furniture company Santa + Cole.
Santa + Cole was founded in 1985 by Javier Nieto Santa, Gabriel Ordeig Cole and Nina Maso. The company's philosophy is to examine everyday objects, then produce versions that are more elegant, functional, and unique. Designed to be pleasing to use, look at and touch, the Basica Minima Table Lamp will compliment the home or office.
This smaller variant of the Basica lamp is ideal for settings that require a less intense light, such as bedside tables or alcoves. It features an elegant yet sturdy metal base that has a diameter of 8.5cm. There are two versions of the Basica Minima Table Lamp: the first features a bronze finish base and a pleated natural parchment lampshade, the second has a nickel finish base and a ribbon-stitched cotton lampshade. The column is constructed from high-quality birch wood. This lamp is designed to hold an E14 light bulb of up to 40 watts. It is 30cm high, has an overall diameter of 12cm, and is fitted with an impressive 4m long cable.
