265 Wall Lamp S
The 265 Wall Lamp S has been created by Paolo Rizzatto for the brand Flos. It is a retake of the original 1973 design that emphasised colour. It has retained most of its original features with the addition of bright colours that give it an upbeat, cheerful look which was part of the initial concept.
The 265 Wall Lamp S has a head that can be rotated in different directions. Made of steel, the hemispherical shade can be rotated up to 360 degrees so it can be positioned to cast light in any direction. Light shines through a reflector that is concealed within the shade. The lamp is made fully adjustable with a pair of long swing arms on the wall. Adjustment is achieved using a counterweight that is made of tapered cast iron. The lamp's on/off switch is located on the socket holder.
The 265 Wall Lamp S has a length of 152cm, a width of 59.5cm and a height of 23.5cm. Its cable has a length of 203cm. As it was in the original design, the shade is red, the weight is yellow and the connecting arm is blue. It works with an E27 socket.
