Soleil LED Suspension Lamp with Casambi Dimmer
The Soleil LED Suspension Lamp with Casambi Dimmer has been created by Philip Bro Ludvigsen for the brand Le Klint. Soleil is a collection of premium lamps which feature sun-shaped, hand-crafted diffusers which mimic the glow of the sun as they hang in rooms around the home. This version is a pendant lamp with a Casambi dimmer included.
The diffuser of the Soleil LED Suspension Lamp with Casambi Dimmer is shaped like a flat disc and has a diameter of either 35cm or 50cm, depending on which size is chosen. Heights vary as well, with the smaller model measuring 5cm high and the larger model having a height of 6cm. The diffuser has been made from hand-pleated PVC, creating a complex pattern of folds to refract the light. And the light produced is bright but muted, with various brightness settings available if needed.
The shade fits into an attractive oak connector, while the case of the shade is made from aluminium. The Soleil LED Suspension Lamp with Casambi Dimmer hangs from a 280cm long natural flax cable and it weighs either 1.6kg or 2.2kg. The lamp has a built-in LED light source that cannot be replaced.
