Bridge 2 LED Table Lamp
The Bridge 2 LED Table Lamp has been created by Francesco Meda for the brand Foscarini. Its design is named after the bridge which it closely replicates. It was inspired by a simple game that involves folding a piece of paper.
The Bridge 2 LED Table Lamp is available in two models. One is made of a sheet of steel that is laser-cut and then folded to take its bridge-like form. There is also the option of one made of brass. It undergoes the same process except it is finished with a coat of clear enamel to prevent the brass from getting tarnished. The lamp's body is made of bars of steel or brass. One at the top is supported by two triangle-shaped bars on the sides. It is a singular piece without joints or fasteners. LED circuits with an infrared optical sensor in the middle turn the lamp on and off when a hand is waved over it. The transformer is located on the power cord's plug. It is not dimmable.
The Bridge 2 LED Table Lamp has a length of 29cm, a width of 11cm and a height of 28cm. Its cable is 200cm long. It is available in brass and brightly lacquered steel. The lamp has a type C socket. The light source is included in the delivery.
