Kuppi 2.0 Wall Lamp
The Kuppi Wall Lamp has been created by Mika Tolvanen for the brand Woud. Literally "cup" in Tolvanen's native Finnish, the Kuppi Wall Lamp resembles its namesake in form, with its compact diffuser. The shape of this diffuser allows the lamp to pool light efficiently, directing it in whatever directions users desire.
Tolvanen has chosen to craft the Kuppi Wall Lamp from powder-coated metal, and has also kept the size of the lamp to a minimum. In fact, the shade measures just 16.5cm high by 22cm in diameter, which helps to make the beam more precise and focused. The unit attaches securely to interior walls via a tiny base, while a cable is included to connect with mains electricity sockets around the home.
Another key aspect of the Kuppi Wall Lamp is its versatility. The lamp has been designed to facilitate easy alteration of its angle and direction. This adaptability is very handy for reading corners and computer desks, or anywhere that requires precisely directed illumination. Inside the lamp, a single energy efficient bulb provides ample brightness. The bulb is not included, and the appropriate bulb with the E14 socket can be ordered under accessories as needed.
