Pao Suspension Lamp 350
The Pao Suspension Lamp 350 has been created by Naoto Fukusawa for the HAY brand. Inspired by the shape of Mongolian Pao tents and the way they appear when illuminated at night, this gorgeous and highly imaginative pendant lamp will add a touch of the exotic to anyone's home.
The most striking aspect of the Pao Suspension Lamp 350 is the shade, which has slightly irregular tent shape, creating a large aperture at the base. The shade has been formed from steel with a choice of glossy wet spray finishes, while the base has been sealed by a sheet of high-quality acrylic glass, concealing the internal mechanism from the outside. This doesn't compromise the warm light that the lamp produces, while ensuring that the purity of the composition remains paramount.
The shade of the Pao Suspension Lamp 350 has a 35cm diameter, is 14.5cm tall, and hangs from an adjustable 400cm long braided fabric cable. The lamp can be adapted for use with a range of dimmers, adding extra flexibility, while the lamp accommodates a single energy efficient bulb. This is not supplied with the product, but the appropriate bulb with the E14 socket can be ordered under accessories.
