Bellevie Outdoor Armchair
The Bellevie Outdoor Armchair was designed by Pagnon & Pelhaître for Fermob. French design duo Patrick Pagnon and Claude Pelhaître are furniture designers and architects, who specialise in designs with a modern mid-century vibe. This time they have paired with Fermob, an outdoor furniture manufacturer from France. The company believes in celebrating nature by living within it and pride themselves on their eco-friendly manufacturing techniques. They use recycled metal in many of their products and solvent-free paints in a zero-release environment.
The Bellevie Outdoor Armchair has a simple, yet effective design; oversized for a relaxed sitting position. The bold frame has strong lines which are offset by the softly curved corners. Thick white cushions offer comfort and a stark contrast to the colours of the garden. The chair is available with a variety of different frame colours. Sofas and matching tables are also featured in this range.
The frame of the armchair is made from aluminium, the total weight is just 19.5kg. The cushions and breathable fabric covers are designed to withstand the elements, they are water-repellent, UV-resistant and also resist dirt and mildew. The covers are machine washable at 40°. The armchair measures 85 x 75 x 56 cm.
