Hochstapler Extension Element
The Hochstapler Extension Element has been created by Dirk Frömchen for the brand Tojo. This element is made for extending the Hochstapler Shelf System that was awarded the 2012 Interior Innovation Award. It can be used to extend the shelf either vertically or horizontally depending on your needs and preferences.
The Hochstapler Extension Element is designed to fit into the basic module. It has cutouts and grooves that fit into the module very precisely and securely. It is possible to add as many extensions as desired to add the required width or length. The Hochstapler Extension Element is made of MDF that is coated with melamine resin coating. The basic module is made with the same material and finished the same way so the unit is seamless when the two are put together.
The extension has a width of 76cm, a height of 35.5cm and a depth of 32cm. You can choose an open extension or one with double doors. It is available in white and anthracite. Other accessories such as attachment clips, shelving inserts and a shelf with doors are also available for purchase separately from the same brand.
