Acqua Carafe
This sleek Acqua Carafe was designed by Flöz Design for the German label Blomus .
Blomus is a family business involved in stainless steel manufacturing since 1921. In 2001 the firm entered the home accessories market and developed a line of distinctive stainless steel homewares for kitchens, bathrooms and the outdoors. Its products are distinguished by an understated elegance allied to a rich functionality that brings beauty and ease to daily life. The firm has received many accolades, including the Good Design Award and the iF Design Award in 2011.
Fashioned from sturdy glass, this Acqua Carafe comes in two sizes - a one litre model measuring 30.5cm in height, and a 1.5 litre version which stands 34.5cm high. The diameters are 9cm and 10cm respectively, allowing the carafe to fit snugly into a standard refrigerator door shelf. The lid is made of matte stainless steel which is cleverly designed to allow only fluids to pour out while blocking solid items such as ice cubes or fruit segments. Stylish and practical, the Acqua Carafe is the perfect accessory for serving cold drinks in the living room or outside in the garden on summer days.
