Beam LED Table Lamp H 26.2cm
The Beam LED Table Lamp was designed by Tom Chung for Muuto.
Muuto was launched in 2006 in Copenhagen with the philosophy of taking Scandinavian design traditions and giving them a contemporary look with modern materials and techniques. Tom Chung established his Toronto studio in 2016. He focuses on domestic and industrial design creating pieces that are just as comfortable in the home as in public spaces.
With his Beam LED Table Lamp, Chung has created a versatile piece that is contemporary in appearance and intuitive in use. It works well whether being used as a reading lamp or to illuminate a piece of art. Light is emitted from both ends of its cylinder shape and a playful dial allows a choice of light volume. Extra functionality is given with its rotating base. The Beam Lamp is crafted from anodised aluminium with a matte finish in a choice of shades. It has a PVC cord and a built-in energy-efficient LED bulb that is designed to give 35,000 light hours. The Beam LED Table Lamp has the overall dimensions of 18.7 x 26.2 x 8.7 cm while the diffuser's diameter is 8.2cm.
