Belleville Chair Wood
The Belleville Chair Wood was designed by Erwan Bouroullec and Ronan Bouroullec for Vitra.
The name Belleville is taken from a district in the vibrant city of Paris, where Erwan and Ronan's studio is situated. These artists have won various international accolades, including Paris Salon du's Designers of The Year, ICFF's New Designer Award, the Finn-Juhl Prize, the Panerai London's Medal and two Red Dot Design Awards' 'Best of the Best' titles.

The chair is made from moulded plywood and polyamide, and has a natural lacquer finish. This product epitomises technical sophistication and functionality, having only two components; a wooden seat shell and a plastic frame.
