Corker Stool
The Corker Stool has been created by Herzog & de Meuron for the brand by ClassiCon. The Swiss architecture and design firm is named after its founders Jacques Herzog and Pierre de Meuron. This is aptly captured in the Corker Stool.It stands out because of the cork it is made from and its novel shape. It has a round top that narrows down to form a smaller base. The shape is reminiscent of a wine bottle cork which is what inspired the design. The cork used to make the stool is sourced from local, sustainable forests and is 100% recyclable.
The Corker Stool is available in three sizes. The smallest one has a height of 38cm, a diameter of 38cm and a base that has a diameter of 26cm. The medium one has a height of 48cm, a diameter of 47cm and a base that has a diameter of 32cm. The largest one has a height of 40cm, a diameter of 50 cm and its base has a diameter of 34cm. It is available in dark brown.
