Doze Ottoman
The Doze Ottoman has been created by Anderssen & Voll for the brand Muuto. The design duo from Norway never fail to impress with their designs that honour their Scandinavian roots and at the same time explore new materials and new shapes and forms. They certainly did that with the Doze Ottoman. It has the characteristic clean, uncluttered lines but it also breaks from tradition with its form. Rather than the customary straight legs, the frame of this ottoman are arched outwards, which makes for a stronger and more stable base. The frame is made of tubular steel and is available in finishings of different colours that match the upholstered cushion. The legs are fitted with felt glides. The cushion is plump and inviting. It is all a tired pair of feet need to rest upon. It is upholstered with premium quality Balder that is woven from threads with different tones, creating subtle colour changes across the ottoman.
The Doze Ottoman has a height of 40cm, a width of 64cm and a diameter of 52cm. It comes with a matching lounge chair and it can be used as a footrest or as an extra seat in a compact space.
