Star Garden Armchair
The Star Garden Armchair has been created by the in-house design team for the brand Emu. Characterised by an imaginative use of space and metal materials, the Star collection of chairs effortlessly adds a touch of elegance to balconies, patios, and almost any other outdoor spaces.
In this case, the Star Garden Armchair has a familiar format, with four legs, armrests, and a comfortable seat height of 45cm. But Emu have added some neat touches to separate this chair from the crowd. Powder-coated steel tubing provides ample strength without adding too much mass to the look, while the slatted seat and back allow light to pass through, making the whole design feel much lighter than 7.6kg.
Measuring 81cm tall, the Star Garden Armchair is 58cm wide and 61cm deep - dimensions which ensure that virtually all sitters will feel at ease when using the chair. The armrests have been positioned 64cm above the ground, so that users can comfortably rest their arms and sit back with a newspaper. Capable of supporting as much as 200kg, the Star Garden Armchair is also ergonomic and practical. Completely stackable, you can store it safely out of season and have a gorgeous seating option when the sun returns.
